This role focuses on maintaining safety, structure, and consistency while supporting individualized treatment goals.Schedule1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts availableFull-time and part-time opportunitiesWeekends and holidays as scheduledKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all clientsSupport daily routines and structured programmingBuild professional, supportive relationships with youthUtilize trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniquesMonitor behavior and communicate concerns to clinical staffFacilitate recreational, life skills, and community activitiesMaintain accurate documentation and reportsEnsure proper supervision ratios at all timesCollaborate with clinical, nursing, and leadership teamsAssist with transportation and off-site activitiesMaintain compliance with policies and regulationsQualificationsRequired:Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certificationStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-stress situationsEducation Pathways (one Required)Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (preferred)Associate degree or 60 college credits with relevant experienceHigh school diploma/GED with significant related experiencePreferred ExperienceExperience with adolescents in behavioral health or residential settingsKnowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis interventionStrong documentation and observation skillsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off and Holiday Pay401(k) with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid training and professional developmentWork LocationThis is an in-person position based in Cranberry Township, PA.
