Associate Flex Manager

Description: Associate Flex Manager Job Duties include:* Manage day to day operations of the facility * Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy * Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products * Handle customer sales, inquires and concerns in a timely and courteous manner * Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement * Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel Requirements: Associate Flex Manager Job Requirements:* At least 2 years of sales or management experience * At least 1 year of Customer Service experience * High School Diploma or equivalent * Expert problem solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the areaCompensation details: 20.5-22 Hourly WagePIea1cdf5e82aa-8851by Jobble
