Job Title: Executive IT Support AnalystLocation: New York, NY (Onsite – up to 5 days/week)Job Type: ContractPay Rate: Up to $68/hrOverviewWe are seeking a highly professional Executive IT Support Analyst to deliver white-glove technology support to senior leadership within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.This role goes beyond traditional IT support — you will act as a trusted partner to executives , ensuring seamless technology experiences, proactively resolving issues, and contributing to a more modern, scalable support model.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-touch, white-glove IT support to C-suite executives and senior leadershipManage and resolve VIP incidents and escalations with urgency and discretionTroubleshoot across devices, applications, networks, and collaboration toolsSupport executive meetings, events, and travel with seamless tech enablementOversee production support activities including deployments, job monitoring, and issue resolutionPartner with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issuesDocument incidents, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing and improvementIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and support processesContribute to planning and execution of technology operations initiativesRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in IT Support, Technology Operations, or similar roles2+ years of experience providing white-glove / executive (VIP) supportStrong experience handling escalations and high-priority incidentsProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS , plus mobile platforms (iOS, Android)Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Webex)Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN)Experience with device management tools (Intune, SCCM)Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours support when neededPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting executives in financial services or regulated environmentsStrong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and confidentlyExperience improving processes, workflows, or support modelsExposure to AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and modern workplace technologiesAbility to anticipate issues and proactively improve user experienceWhat Makes This Role UniqueDirect interaction with senior leadership and executivesOpportunity to deliver high-impact, high-visibility supportBlend of hands-on technical support + strategic process improvementExposure to modern tools, automation, and AI-driven workplace solutions
