Your responsibilities will include: Connecting with clients to understand their goals, needs, and preferences Providing personalized wellness solutions that align with both lifestyle and budget Educating clients on services, products, and wellness strategies in a supportive, nopressure environment Facility Care: Maintain rigorous sanitation standards and ensure all specialized equipment is sterilized between uses. Offering ongoing encouragement, accountability, and guidance Staying informed on wellness trends and accessible health solutions Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and client-centered studio atmosphere Modality Management: Set up and oversee equipment like infrared saunas, cold plunges, hyperbaric chambers, or compression therapy.
