In this role, you will directly interact with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Responsibilities include managing customer communications via multiple channels, coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, and assisting in enhancing customer satisfaction.
