(SM)ResponsibilitiesCreate a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged childrenImplement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for youManage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning spaceCommunicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive communityParticipate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledgeSupport children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growthQualificationsStrong classroom management and communication skillsPassion for nurturing and educating young childrenOne year experience required.Associate's Degree or CDA in Infant and Toddler Development preferred.At Primrose School of West Orange we believe that who children are is just as important as who they become.
