Sr. Full Stack Developer ( 70% backend + 30% ReactJS ) W2 ONLY

8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java-based technologies. Front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, or Angular (5+ years) Cloud native experience such as AWS, Azure, or GCP ( 4+ years ) Knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems ( Banking background is must ) Experience (2-3 years) with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira. Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 8+ years of applied experience Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Advanced experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Framework Hands-on SQL optimization knowledge Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) Job Type: Contract Pay: $46.35 - $70.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Ability to Relocate: Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
