Job Description: As the Billing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our billing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing collections, resolving financial disputes, recovering client payments, providing top-tier billing support, and managing account status transitions. Your ability to lead these efforts will ensure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to the success of our business. Key Responsibilities: Collections Process Management: Oversee and manage the entire collections process. Ensure timely and accurate submission of collection efforts. Maintain internal organizational flow between collections and other departments. Financial Disputes Resolution and Documentation: Own the process of documenting and resolving all financial disputes. Maintain thorough and accurate records. Submit necessary documentation to credit card companies via our merchant to assist in winning disputes. Client Payment Recovery Initiatives: Proactively manage outreach to clients regarding missed payments. Resolve issues and recover outstanding balances through CRM/QB calls, texts, and emails. Billing Client Support: Lead and manage all aspects of finance-related customer support. Ensure client inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Handle card/ACH authorization form submissions and process open invoices on correct due dates. Account Movement on “Management” Status: Manage and oversee account status transitions, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Qualifications: Proven experience in billing, collections, or financial management roles. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in CRM and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks). What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
