This position will ensure prompt responses to inquiries, follows established procedures and assists in fulfilling the programs missions and goals.This position will provide administrative support, day to day operations assistance to the Directors, faculty and staff both programs. This position will coordinate meetings for internal/external constituents; handle incoming and outgoing electronic communication; assist with preparation of presentation material; review and summarize reports and documents; route and answer correspondence; prioritize, coordinate multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner; and other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of modern office/clerical procedure and practices.Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.Experience with office equipment and software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, and staff.Experience working in education.This position offers state health insurance and benefits, which includes a retirement plan with 6% matching, 10 hours of annual leave each month, 9.34 hours of sick leave each month, and 11 paid holidays.
