About The RoleWe’re seeking a talented Project Designer with strong Revit skills and 5–7 years of architectural experience to join our collaborative, design‑driven team. In this role, you’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio of project types—including mixed‑use developments, commercial and retail spaces, higher education facilities, Science + Technology (S+T), and Mission Critical environments.You’ll work across all phases of design, from early concept through construction, while coordinating closely with internal teams, clients, and consultants. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑paced studio environment, and wants to grow within an international firm known for technical excellence and innovative design.What You’ll DoUse Revit to develop architectural designs and produce high‑quality construction documents.Collaborate with project teams, clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project coordination.Participate in construction administration, helping ensure design intent is executed accurately in the field.Contribute to all phases of design—from conceptual studies and planning through detailed documentation and project completion.Support the development and refinement of construction drawings, technical details, and project documentation.Apply knowledge of building codes, permitting, and regulatory processes to support project compliance.What You Bring5–7 years of architectural design and construction documentation experience.Strong proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD.Experience with construction administration and understanding of codes and regulatory processes.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.Architectural registration or active pursuit of licensure.Experience in one or more of the following sectors:Mixed‑use, commercial, retail, higher education, S+T, or Mission Critical.Project management or coordination experience.Work Environment & GrowthYou’ll join an international architectural design firm with offices in Baltimore, Boston, and Raleigh, working in a highly collaborative, in‑studio environment.
