Our talented staff of more than 650+ professionals deliver integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions.Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a (position) to assist with our projects in North Canton, OH!The Agriculture Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from proposal through completion, mentoring staff, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role will actively support client relationships and business development efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage agricultural-focused engineering projects, including AutoCAD-based design, permitting, and construction observation and certificationServe as a primary client contact, providing clear communication, project updates, and technical guidanceSupport business development efforts by preparing proposals and participating in due diligence activitiesManage project scope, schedules, budgets, and production staff to ensure successful project deliveryOversee and manage contract budgets and project financial performanceMentor, develop, and manage staff while supporting office and company growth initiativesPerform and oversee general civil, agricultural, and environmental engineering design workCoordinate with multidisciplinary MSG teams including Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Civil, Agricultural, Traffic, Transportation, and Construction ServicesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectationsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Civil, Agricultural, or Environmental EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred5-10 years of relevant engineering and project management experienceStrong AutoCAD design experienceProven ability to manage projects, staff, and budgets effectivelyExcellent client communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively across disciplines in a team-oriented environment#LI-KK1Benefits401(k) w/ company matchHealth insurance w/ HSA option, Vision, Dental, LifeFlexible schedulePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementCatalytic Coaching - Employees draft a development plan aimed at improving contributions in their current job and increasing the potential for other opportunities.
