Our practice spans professional liability, insurance coverage, and a wide range of litigation matters. We take our work seriously and we pride ourselves on teamwork, mentorship, and true partnership with our clients.What You’ll Be DoingThis is hands-on litigation from day one. You’ll manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial.Your work will likely include but is not limited to:Premises liabilityMotor vehicle accidentsConstruction accidentsProducts liabilityProperty damage and wrongful death claimsYou’ll make in-person court appearances, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way.Who You AreYou’re someone who:Is admitted to practice in New Jersey (other bars are a plus!)Has 2+ years of litigation experienceWrites clearly and persuasivelyIs curious, ambitious, and takes pride in your work productWants to grow as an attorney—not just push paperCompensation & Benefits 💼Salary: $115,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits include:401(k) with matchingHealth, dental, vision & life insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offOur CultureWCM offers a collegial, inclusive, and results-driven environment.
