Reports To: Recruiting ManagerPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to support daily office operations. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff Answer phones, emails, and route inquiries professionally Maintain files Prepare report and correspondence Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee records Ensure confidentiality of sensitive informationRecruiting Duties Conduct reference checks and background screening coordination Assist with job offers and onboarding processes Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) recordsRequired QualificationsEducation & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of administrative or recruiting experience preferred Experience in customer service, HR, or office support a plusSkills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Professional phone etiquette Ability to maintain confidentiality Attention to detail and accuracy Time management and ability to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skillsTechnical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred Ability to learn new systems quicklyWork Environment Office-based May require sitting for extended periods Occasional evening or weekend work On-call rotationCompensation & Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance Professional development opportunities Biweekly pay
