THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure that our food is prepared and served safely and with quality. Additionally, you will lead and train our restaurant crew to provide excellent customer service while keeping our environment clean and organized. This role requires active engagement on the floor and the ability to lend a hand wherever necessary. WHAT YOU'LL DOPrioritize adherence to Chipotle's policies and procedures. Ensure that high-quality, delicious food is always served. Address and resolve any food quality concerns promptly. Support food safety protocols, including monitoring handwashing, glove changes, and proper temperatures. Enhance customer experiences by effectively managing and resolving incidents. Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and scheduling. Train and develop all front-of-house Crew members. Assist with crew performance evaluations. Mentor future Service Supervisors. Manage various administrative tasks, including banking and cash handling. Ensure office equipment and supplies are well-maintained and ordered as needed. Maintain adequate stock of supplies to meet operational needs. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLEA firm understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. Experience with cash handling policies and procedures. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations. Familiarity with standard office paperwork. Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location. A high school diploma. Previous restaurant experience is essential. PAY TRANSPARENCYThe base pay range for this position is $18.25 to $20.31, plus eligibility for digital tips. Actual pay may vary based on experience and skills, and a competitive benefits package accompanies the base pay.
