Digital Equipment OperatorLocation: New Facility! N72W12565 Good Hope Rd, Menomonee Falls, WI, 53051Job Description:The Digital Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment, including printers, die cutters, and laminators. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the equipment, as well as maintain the equipment to ensure it is in good working order. The Digital Print Operator will also be responsible for ensuring that all printed materials meet quality standards and are produced in a timely manner.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesGather correct materials to efficiently and effectively operate digital equipment such as cutters, doming, laminators, and/or printing equipmentDemonstrate machine/print competency in order to produce a quality finished productPrioritize workload based on ready date, or as directedAccurately enter job data into the computer for traceabilityTroubleshoot and problem-solving products and equipment per guidelinesPerform product checks according to Production Quality ChecklistPerform production tasks such as inspection, picking, peeling, hand assembly, and packaging of the finished productMonitor supplies and inventory for digital equipment and complete order form if running lowPerform daily maintenance of digital printing equipment and place service calls as needed, per equipment/department guidelinesContinuously review jobs and print layouts for material production efficienciesUnderstanding of raw materials to effectively run laminators and printersConsistently evaluate continuous improvement efforts in all day-to-day functions to ensure manufacturing efficiencies and effectivenessOperate the laminator and ensure precise tension, heat, and speed per individual constructionCreate color profiles when applicableMatch colors using personal skills, PMS and RAL books, and/or spectrophotometer when applicableMaintain digital equipment and keep the work area clean in accordance with 6STrain new employees as neededAssist other teammates as neededOther duties as assignedKnowledge And QualificationsMinimum of 1-3 years experience in printing, or equivalent combination of related experience and educationAbility to prioritize and multi-task effectively and efficientlyExcellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skillsHigh sense of urgencyFunctions with a team mentality, but is able to work independently as neededComprehension of Rip softwareExcellent computer skillsGood math skillsMechanical aptitudeAble to lift up to 50lbsWhy TLP? 8-hour work days with a paid lunch breakGreat company cultureBrand new manufacturing facility Benefits includeHealth, Dental, and VisionOn-site wellness clinicWellness program with reimbursementCompany-paid life and disabilityHSA and FSA offered401k plan with a matchEmployee Discount Program11 paid holidays, eligible upon hireVacation that starts accruing immediately!Location: N72W12565 Good Hope Rd, Menomonee Falls, WI, 53051
