The ideal candidate will have strong technical machining skills and experience operating automated CNC systems in a production setting.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor automated CNC machineryRead, interpret, and modify G-code programs as neededPerform machine setups, tooling changes, and offsetsTroubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issuesInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracyMaintain production efficiency and minimize downtimeRead and interpret blueprints and technical specificationsFollow all company safety and quality proceduresComplete production and inspection documentation accuratelyQualifications35 years of CNC machining experienceExperience with automated CNC equipment and G-code programmingAbility to edit and troubleshoot CNC programsStrong blueprint reading and inspection skillsExperience using precision measuring toolsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsFrequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
