Focus on Outpatient Care: Concentrate on managing patients in an outpatient setting. Our robust hospitalist program handles consultations at the associated hospital, eliminating the need for admissions and streamlining your workflow. Work-Life Balance and Support: Maintain a healthy work-life balance with predictable scheduling and no on-call responsibilities. Our organization utilizes efficient systems, such as the Epic electronic medical records system, to streamline documentation and allow you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, pituitary disorders, adrenal disorders, and metabolic bone disease. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. Conduct thorough consultations, educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options, and provide clear and compassionate communication. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within the Epic electronic medical records system. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in endocrinology and participate in continuing medical education opportunities. Who You Are: Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) with a subspecialty certification in endocrinology (BC) or board-eligible (BE) with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence. Possess or be eligible to obtain an active state medical license in Washington State. A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records within the electronic medical records system.
