Position Summary* The Crew Member position is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, preparing food and beverages according to Brand standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Crew Members work collaboratively with management and fellow team members to ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests.* This role serves as a foundational position within the organization and provides opportunities for skill development and advancement into leadership roles.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and timely mannerPrepare food and beverages in accordance with Dunkin' & franchisee standardsAccurately operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactionsMaintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all timesSupport speed of service and order accuracy goalsFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesAssist with opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assigned and directed by a Managers or ManagementWork effectively as part of a team and support fellow employees during shiftsPerformance ExpectationsDemonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountabilityMaintain a positive attitude and professional demeanorFollow direction from Managers on Duty and Restaurant ManagementCommunicate effectively with guests and team membersParticipate in required training and development activitiesQualifications & RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and cash-handling skillsStrong teamwork and communication skillsWillingness to learn and follow established proceduresAbility to multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesPhysical Demands / Working ConditionsStanding for extended periods of timeRepetitive motions including bending, reaching, and liftingLifting items up to 20 lbsWorking in a quick-service restaurant environmentAdvancement OpportunitiesCrew Members may be eligible for cross-training and advancement opportunities, including Manager on Duty, and Restaurant Management roles, based on performance, business needs, and availability.Have a positive & friendly outlook with customers and our team and anticipate and understand their needsHelp each other problem-solveCan handle cash and operate store equipmentEnjoy and thrive in a fast-paced workplaceTake pride in being responsible workersAble to multi-task
