From maintaining a spotless restaurant to supporting kitchen operations and completing facility upkeep, our Porters help set the standard for excellence our guests expect. What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant interior and exterior Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks accurately and on time Help maintain landscaping, sidewalks, and parking lot appearance, including snow removal when needed Put away food deliveries accurately and safely Rotate inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method Monitor shelf life and product code dates Support organization and cleanliness of coolers, freezers, and storage areas Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs when needed Safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment Help ensure our team has a clean, safe, and organized environment to work in every day What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Self-motivated and able to work independently Positive attitude and team-first mindset Pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly Strong time management and attention to detail Dependable attendance Good communication skills Ability to stay active and work in a fast-paced environment Someone who lives our standard of being "hard on standards, easy on people" Schedule Availability Weekday availability Weekend availability Day and evening shifts available Occasional overtime opportunities Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: $16–$21 per hour Plus additional benefits including: Free meal while working Additional holiday premium pay Paid time off 401(k) with company match Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth within Potts Family Culver's Why Potts Family Culver's?
