Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical problem-solving and provide solutions to real-world database challenges during the interview.Must-Have Skills6–10 years of hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development.Complex Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Custom Data Types, and Database Business Logic.Advanced SQL: Analytical/Window Functions, Complex Joins, Aggregations, Set Operators, and Subqueries.Database performance tuning, including Execution Plans, Query Optimization, Diagnostics, PGA Memory Tuning, and Partitioning.Hands-on Informatica PowerCenter experience.Autosys batch scheduling, monitoring, and recovery.Database ATDD automation and CI/CD deployment pipelines.Important100% hands-on development is required.Candidates focused primarily on Lead/Architect responsibilities or 12+ years of experience are not preferred.
