We have been exclusively retained to identify a Principal to join their Digital Infrastructure Acquisitions team in New York City.This is a rare opportunity to join a best-in-class platform at the intersection of real estate and technology infrastructure. The Principal will play a central role in driving the firm's digital investment activity sourcing and executing transactions while leading deal teams of VPs, Associates, and Analysts. You will work directly alongside Managing Directors and Partners, with meaningful ownership over the investment process and significant carried interest participation.Origination & SourcingBuild and leverage a proprietary network across the data center, tower, and fiber ecosystems to generate on-market and off-market deal flowCultivate relationships with operators, developers, hyperscalers, brokers, and intermediariesRepresent the firm at industry conferences and serve as a visible presence in the digital infrastructure communitySharpen the firm's investment thesis by tracking market trends, valuations, and the competitive landscapeTransaction ExecutionOwn the full deal lifecycle from initial screen through IC approval and closeBuild and stress-test complex financial models covering levered/unlevered returns, JV waterfalls, debt structures, and scenario analysesManage all due diligence workstreams technical, legal, environmental, and taxLead negotiations with sellers, JV partners, lenders, and counselAuthor and present Investment Committee memoranda with a clear articulation of thesis, risk, and returnPartner with Asset Management on post-close transition and business plan executionTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop deal teams of VPs, Associates, and AnalystsSet the standard for analytical rigor and deliverables quality across the teamContribute to recruiting and talent development within the broader Acquisitions groupIdeal Candidate Profile9+ years in real estate private equity, infrastructure investing, or investment banking, with meaningful exposure to digital infrastructure (data centers, towers, fiber, or adjacent sectors)Demonstrated ability to both source and execute complex transactions independentlyExceptional financial modeling skills across real estate structures, debt financing, and JV waterfallsPrior experience managing and mentoring junior investment professionalsPolished communicator with the presence and credibility to engage at the IC levelBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plusBased in or able to relocate to New York City
