Senior Software and AI EngineerLocations: Livingston, NJ | New York, NY | Sunnyvale, CA | San Francisco, CA | Bellevue, WAAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Software & AI Engineer to design and develop AI agents and first-party applications that bring intelligence, automation, and exceptional user experiences to an internal technology ecosystem.You will work across the full stack—from agentic AI frameworks and iPaaS platforms to React-based interfaces, mobile experiences, and scalable backend services built with Node.js and Go.Technologies and frameworks may include LangChain, LangGraph, Cohere, OpenAI API, ChatGPT AgentFlow, Gemini Agent Flow, Glean API, Workato, and Boomi.What You'll DoDevelop AI agents and intelligent applications using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/ChatGPT API, Glean API, and related technologies.Design and build first-party web and mobile applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Go for data processing, orchestration, automation, and integrations.Build internal AI agents and copilots supporting Finance, Billing, and Supply Chain workflows.Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems including ERP, HRIS, MRP, DCIM, and Data Warehouses, either natively or through iPaaS platforms such as Workato or Boomi.Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Leverage GenAI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT Codex.Ensure strong observability, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability across the application stack.Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Security, and Engineering to translate business requirements into intelligent, user-centered workflows.Required Qualifications7+ years of professional software engineering/programming experience delivering production-grade cloud services.Strong programming experience with TypeScript, Python, Go, C++, C#, or Java.Strong full-stack development experience with modern backend and frontend technologies.Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Go, FastAPI, and gRPC.Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar frameworks.Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/ChatGPT API, Glean API, Cohere, or Gemini.Experience building or shipping production-grade AI/ML/LLM or GenAI-powered applications, or strong demonstrated experience building in this area.Strong experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration, DevOps, and CI/CD.Strong scripting and automation experience using Python and/or Bash.Preferred QualificationsExperience developing AI-powered or agentic applications integrated with enterprise systems and data.Experience with ERP, HRIS, MRP, DCIM, or Data Warehouse integrations.Experience with Kafka, Spark, or Ray.Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato or Boomi.Experience developing internal AI agents, copilots, or intelligent workflow automation.Exposure to Finance, Accounting, Billing, Marketing, or Supply Chain domains.Experience using GenAI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or Codex.Ideal CandidateYou are a strong software engineer who enjoys building production-grade applications while leveraging modern AI and GenAI technologies.
