We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Cook with prior experience in banquet preparation to help us create memorable events and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for banquets, events, and special functions according to established recipes and standards- Assist in planning and executing banquet menus in collaboration with the culinary team- Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and served in a timely manner to meet event schedules- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies and ingredients- Follow food safety procedures and ensure proper storage of all food items- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy banquet eventsSkills and Qualifications:- Prior experience in banquet cooking or large-scale food preparation- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards- Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards accurately- Good communication and teamwork skills- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredAt our boutique hotel, we foster a welcoming and innovative environment that values growth and professional development.
