[Required]- Ability to translate healthcare regulatory environment, requirements, etc. into comprehensive audit plans and tools for audit completion and reporting. [Required]- Familiarity and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) and billing systems and reporting. [Required]- Ability to use data analytics to facilitate compliance and auditing and monitoring activities and reporting. [Required]- Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) with senior leadership and all other levels of personnel throughout the organization.[Required]**Education:**- Bachelor's [Required]- Master's [Preferred]**Field of Study:**- Bachelor's in Accounting/Audit, Business or Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Law or other healthcare related field**Work Experience:**- 5+years healthcare compliance audit experience at a management level. [Required]- Experience in hospital compliance and/or physician practice/medical group compliance, coding and/or operations and/or post-acute compliance, depending on assigned Division.
