Commensurate with experienceLocation: Onsite Raynham, MALength of Contract: Up to 12 monthsPosition Description:We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Leader to drive the successful execution of large, global supply chain initiatives, including new product launches and supplier network transitions. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, both internal and external through key workstreams such as sourcing, demand and supply planning, qualification, and deployment.The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution by facilitating meetings, tracking deliverables, mitigating risks, and ensuring timelines are met to achieve overall business objectives. This position also ensures adherence to supply chain readiness processes, oversees system and change management activities (including PLM and ERP readiness), and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levelsResponsibilities:Provides leadership to orchestrate the supply chain through tactical project execution on large global supply chain projects including new product market releases and supplier network transfers.Leads cross functional teams, including internal and external supplier team members, through critical workstreams including sourcing, demand/supply planning, qualification and deployment.Lead meetings, track actions, mitigate risks, and manage project timeline, to drive aligned execution through sourcing and launches to achieve overall business objectives for the programDrive adherence to supply chain readiness processes ensuring strong functional accountabilityCommunicate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organizationManage project task progress through system setups and change management processes (PLM, ERP readiness).Qualifications:Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification preferredA minimum of six (6) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering or quality function is required, preferred within a regulated environmentExperience interacting with domestic and international suppliers is requiredExperience with S&OP / IBP is preferredChange management in regulated operational environments is preferred (ERP & PLM systems)Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs, along with leading cross-functional teams is requiredMedical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferredThis position may require up to 20% Domestic and International travel.Education & Certifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required with a focus in engineering, science, or business preferred.Equal Opportunity Employer:RCM is an equal opportunity employer.
