Places finished boxes on proper pallet and applies proper identification.Employee must be able to work by him/her self with little supervision on a shift assigned by personnel after completing initial training.Responsible for a clean, orderly, and safe work area.Maintains a 95% attendance for each monthJob is supervised by Shift Foreman and inspected by the Shift Auditor.Employee will be scheduled for work based on demand and machine schedule.Must be able to stand while operating machinery. Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.Must show continuous improvement of press operation.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Successfully complete 3 months of trainingRead and understand production cards, work orders, and first piece approval sheetsUnderstand difference between (WP) and (FG) productsUnderstand basic press operations.Know and understand Quality Policy.
