Entry Level Sales & Management Trainee – Spanaway, WA *Full-Time | W-2 Position | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Sales & Leadership Development* We are currently hiring motivated, career-driven individuals for our *Entry Level Sales & Management Trainee position in Spanaway, WA*. This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to build hands-on experience in *sales, customer engagement, team leadership, and management* while working in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a *full-time, in-person sales position* supporting charity and community outreach campaigns inside retail locations and promotional events. You'll work directly with customers, introduce current campaigns, generate interest and participation, and help drive *sales and fundraising results* for the team.
