Job Description The Golden Plough Inn located in Peddler's Village ,is looking for a Part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team!Peddler's Village and the Golden Plough are located in Central Bucks County. Public transportation is not available to our location.Become part of an organization that offers training, opportunities for growth, and a challenging and rewarding work environment.Responsibilities and DutiesWelcome and register guestsMake daily reservationsHandle telephone inquiries relating to The Golden Plough Inn and Peddler's VillageDisplaying a friendly and positive attitude towards all guestsResolving guest issues promptly and professionally.Qualifications and SkillsAbility to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends & holidays)High school graduate or equivalent.Previous hotel front office experience is preferredBasic computer skillsRequires strong communication skills.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
