Wilson Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Campus Recruiter on behalf of one of our key healthcare clients—a progressive, fast-growing organization in the oral surgery space. This is a unique opportunity to play a high-impact role in building the next generation of surgical talent, partnering closely with leadership to expand pipeline strategy and drive long-term growth.This position is a direct hire position working directly for our client, 100% remote with approximately 50% travel to residency programs, campus visits, and recruitment events across various assigned regions (Midwest, Southeast, or East Coast).About the RoleThe Campus Recruiter will “own” a defined territory, developing relationships with residency programs, engaging future oral surgeons, and executing targeted outreach strategies. This role works in close partnership with Surgeon Recruiters—allowing them to focus on closing—while you drive pipeline development and early engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with residency programs, faculty, and emerging surgeon talent Plan and execute campus outreach, events, and targeted engagement campaigns Partner with Surgeon Recruiters to align on regional strategy and pipeline priorities Coordinate logistics for campus visits, meetings, and recruiting events Track and analyze recruiting activity (events, outreach, conversions) to optimize performance Serve as a regional ambassador—staying informed on market trends, residency calendars, and competitive activity Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging and materials for your territory Contribute to scalable campus recruiting strategies and best practices What You Bring2+ years of campus recruiting experience requiredHealthcare recruiting experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and logistics Relationship-driven and comfortable engaging with residents, faculty, and leadership Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Why This Role MattersThis is a mission-critical position that directly impacts the organization’s ability to scale by building a strong, sustainable pipeline of future surgeons.
