Software Engineer IV (Full Stack .NET / React) Charlotte, NC | Atlanta, GA | Birmingham, AL | Georgia (hybrid- onsite 3 days per week) 12-month contract to hire Pay Rate: $80.00 - $84.00per hr. Our client needs a Level 4 Software Engineer to support the development and modernization of a digital origination platform supporting consumer banking products including checking, savings, and credit card applications. This is a hands-on engineering role (approx. 80% coding) focused on feature development, technical debt reduction, and cloud modernization initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain features in a .NET and React-based application Develop and enhance consumer banking application flows Address technical debt and improve system stability Support modernization efforts and platform refactoring initiatives Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver user stories Participate in future migration efforts toward AWS cloud infrastructure Contribute to system design discussions and implementation improvements Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field Seven (7) years of experience Strong experience in .NET development Strong experience with React frontend development Experience working in enterprise application environments Ability to independently deliver features and enhancements Preferred Skills AWS cloud experience (strongly preferred) Experience with containerized environments (OpenShift or similar) Background in banking or financial services Experience working on modernization or legacy-to-cloud transitions
