CX Designer
Our large Financial Services client is seeking a CX Designer to join their team for the next 6 months, 40 hours/week. This role is fully onsite 5 days a week in Brooklyn, NY. Role SummaryThe CX Designer plays a key role in delivering innovative, user-centered experiences within financial services. This role partners with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, inclusive, and accessible solutions that support customer service and back-office professionals in addressing customer needs related to rewards and account inquiries.
