Description: The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule and priorities, coordinating information flow, supporting execution of initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-up on commitments across the organization. The position requires a high degree of discretion, judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with frequently shifting priorities. Key Responsibilities The following duties are representative but not exhaustive. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve. Executive Support Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflicts Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and background information as needed Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required Organization and Follow-Up Track action items, deadlines, and commitments arising from meetings and communications Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Maintain organizational systems to support workflow, documentation, and prioritization Operational and Project Support Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of key projects and initiatives Support internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO as directed Compile information, reports, and summaries to support decision-making Communication and Gatekeeping Serve as a primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing communications Exercise discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information Communicate professionally with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders Requirements: Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure MS Office skills are essential to success Sound judgment and decision-making skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization Willing and able to drive and run errands on a regular basis.
