Job PurposeTo handle key strategic projects and office of CFO - Airport Sector. To handle critical aspects in CFO - Airport Sector Office such as project management, business development, corporate finance, regulatory, perform variance analysis on cost and revenue, perform and analyze market research on latest business trends.ORGANISATION CHARTManager (F&A) will report to CFO AirportsKey AccountabilitiesAccountabilities Key Performance Indicators Oversee AOP and strategic plan process for Airport sector including all subsidiaries Strategic business planning Developing yearly and half yearly strategic and annual business plan in discussion with all department heads. Work with all the departments to implement the identified key directions by the group. Track action taken reports to align the departments.Developing strategic business plan for sector.Adherence to strategic direction provided by group Business Development Provide support on bidding for new airport and allied business opportunities to expand Airport sector portfolio Analyze new business opportunities for Go / No Go purpose Assessing viability of the projects and generating feasibility reports/presentations as well as financial models. Handle relationship management with potential partners for partnership developmentNumber of opportunities assessed.Number opportunities converted into success Corporate Finance Support in new investment opportunities in GAL in debt as well equity side Reviewing term sheets, financial models and business assumptions Evaluate financial proposals with multiple scenario analysis and risk assessment Work on Joint Ventures (JV) for existing and new assets to create shareholders valueAmount of debt / equity raised Project Management Tracking and handling all the key projects under the President’s office. Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from President’s office Work with C- Level executives to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure regular review of all operational matters and projects that are being implemented Liasoning with cross functional teams to ensure project deliverablesSector CFO’s timely and quality reviews.
