Nurse Practitioner Supervisor - Remote

You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, proactive care while coaching and guiding a team of clinicians.What You’ll DoManage chronic conditions (CHF, T2D, hypertension) through remote patient monitoring and virtual visitsOptimize treatment plans, including guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT)Respond to escalations and adjust care based on real-time dataLead, mentor, and develop a team of NPs, RNs, and clinical staffDrive clinical quality through audits, performance tracking, and improvement initiativesSupport hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team operationsChampion a patient-first experience and continuous care innovationWhat You Bring5+ years as a Nurse Practitioner managing chronic disease5+ years leading clinical teamsActive NP license, board certification (ANCC/AANP), and compact RN licenseStrong clinical judgment, communication, and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience in remote care, startups, or RPM is a plusCompensation & BenefitsThe anticipated compensation range for this role is $150,000–$160,000 annually, which is based on role scope, level, and location. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation as part of the overall total rewards package. This position is remote and based in the United States.
