Assembler - PWS - 2nd Shift

Job TitleThis position will be responsible for assembling products at our Precision Welding Solutions Division on 2nd shift and must be a highly motivated team player with an excellent attitude.Essential FunctionsBalance the workload between target inventory and other demandsCommunicate effectively with all team members to meet customer and business needsMust check daily target inventory levels and open/close job ordersPrioritize workload to meet daily and weekly production goalsOrder materialsFollow all safety practices and help improve the safety, quality and production cultureQualificationsMust have a high school diploma or equivalent1 year assembly or manufacturing experienceThe ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams1 year of MRD and material ordering proceduresMust be able to comprehend bills of material and printsCross training is requiredMust possess good manual dexterity, and hand eye coordinationBe able to stand for up to 12 hours per dayLift up to 50 lbsOvertime is requiredMust possess basic computer skillsGood communication skillsITW is an equal opportunity employer.
