This role promotes clinical excellence, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and supports the professional development of the clinical team to improve client outcomes.Reports to: Regional Director of Operations (RDO)Duties and Responsibilities:Duties include, but are not limited to:Provide clinical supervision and day-to-day oversight to licensed professionals and behavioral health staff within assigned programs or locationsEnsure adherence to treatment models, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, state licensure standards, and accreditation bodiesConduct regular chart reviews, case consultations, and clinical audits to ensure effective, ethical, and evidence-based service deliveryProvide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to clinical staff to promote professional growth and high-quality careSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical team membersMonitor clinical performance metrics, client outcomes, and compliance indicators; work with staff to implement action plans when neededCollaborate with program leadership and quality improvement teams to address service delivery challenges and enhance client engagementAssist in crisis intervention and provide guidance on complex or high-risk casesStay current on behavioral health trends, best practices, and licensure requirementsPerform other duties as assignedWork Environment:Travel required (up to 50%, depending on location)Primarily on-site at assigned treatment center(s).May include occasional travel for training, meetings, or coverage needs.Some evening or weekend hours may be required based on program needs.Required Experience/Abilities:Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field requiredMinimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experienceActive independent clinical license in good standing (LISW, LPCC)Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insuranceMust pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screenDesired Experience/Abilities:Expertise in behavioral health interventions, trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and co-occurring disorders3 years in a supervisory or management role within a behavioral health settingProficient in EHR systems and clinical documentationLocation: Lima, OH (This role will also serve our Kenton office)Our benefits package includes paid time off (PTO and sick time), paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, paid continuing education with supervision, parental leave, and eligibility for loan forgiveness programs.LBHS is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability status, genetics, gender identity and/or expression, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.LBHS adheres to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act as amended, Ohio Civil Rights Act, and all applicable rules and regulations.
