Project Engineer - Land DevelopmentLocation: Downers Grove, ILAbout The RoleWe are seeking a Project Engineer to support the design and development of infrastructure for a variety of land development projects, including warehouse and distribution centers, schools, office buildings, retail developments, healthcare facilities, and recreational sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare engineering designs for land development and site infrastructure projectsDesign pavement, roadways, grading, and earthwork plansDevelop water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systemsPrepare stormwater management, erosion control, and SWPPP plansPerform engineering calculations and assist with permitting and regulatory approvalsCoordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project deliveryEnsure designs comply with local, state, and federal standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringEngineer-in-Training (EIT) required; PE license preferred3+ years of land development engineering design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferredStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
