Overview:
We are currently looking for a skilled Bonder to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production process by assembling materials to create high-quality products. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform bonding operations using and equipment to assemble materials according to specifications.
- Utilize software for design purposes and for operational tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks using and other measuring tools to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the environment.
- Apply basic math skills to measure materials and calculate dimensions accurately.
Experience:
- Previous experience in bonding, welding, or similar manufacturing roles.
- Proficiency in or similar design software.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and ensuring product integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software for design purposes.
- Experience with lathe operations and welding techniques.
- Knowledge of Warehouse operations for material handling.
- Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools for quality control checks.
- Familiarity with CAM programming for operational tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Understanding of SolidWorks or similar design software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
