Primary Skills: Instructional Design (Advanced), Adobe Captivate (Intermediate), TechSmith-(Intermediate), Adobe Suite Premiere (Advanced), Sharepoint (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: Los Angeles-CA (4 Days onsite, #LI-Hybrid) Pay Range: $36 - $39 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Corporate Learning Content Designer to develop and implement both classroom and technology-based training programs, ensuring they meet organizational and individual needs. The right candidate will manage instructional development projects from inception to evaluation, including the preparation and updating of content for various media delivery methods. This role involves working under minimal supervision to deliver high-quality learning content that aligns with our client's objectives, necessitating regular interaction with internal customers and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities:Develop and design learning solutions both in classroom settings and via technological platforms.Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials to ensure they meet learning objectives and make necessary adjustments.Work independently on moderately complex projects, analyzing variable factors to make recommendations that influence department strategy.Collaborate proactively with team members on short to medium-term projects, contributing to the design strategy and content management.Identify and implement improvements in the design process, tools, and services, impacting multiple projects and work areas. Must-Have Skills:Authoring Tools: Articulate 360 (Expertise in both Rise for rapid development and Storyline for complex, manual builds).Video Production: Camtasia for creating and editing video content; experience with Text-to-Speech tools for voiceovers.Static Assets: Microsoft Word (using templates for job aids/manuals) and SnagIt (image capture/manipulation).LMS: Cornerstone (Experience with uploading and testing content).Project Management: Basic tracking of status updates and archiving communications/approvals. Industry Experience:Experience in the learning industry, particularly in designing multi-media and blended learning platforms.Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and relationship management within the educational or corporate training sectors.
