Role OverviewThis is a year-round, on-site role built for someone who thrives across seasons and contexts. During the school year, you are the primary student support presence at your Education Center and the operational partner to the Education Center Director. Youll manage a caseload of students and families with diverse needs, run ECA programming, and ensure the day-to-day life of the EC runs well. In summer, you shift into camp leadership mode, taking ownership of the full delivery of Boundless Summer Camp at your site.Two people hold this role globally one in Andalusia (Estepona), Spain, and one in Syros, Greece. You and your counterpart are the connective tissue between admissions, on-site life, and camp, ensuring that families experience Boundless as one coherent journey across the year.Youll report primarily to your local Education Center Director, with dotted-line relationships to the Global Camp Director during summer and the Student Support Lead year-round. What Youll DoStudent Support & Caseload ManagementOwn on-site student support using the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework, managing a defined caseload of students and families through the school yearCoordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions with educators and specialists, leading behavioral response, documentation, and family communicationMaintain records in Toddle (Student Referrals, Behavior Incident Reports, case notes) aligned with Boundless Support rating criteriaParticipate in weekly global Case Review sessions with the Student Support CoordinatorSite Operations & ECD PartnershipServe as the day-to-day operational partner to the ECD, leading arrivals, transitions, escalations, and educator supportStep in as acting site lead when the ECD is unavailable, with full authority over day-to-day decisionsEnsure alignment between education, operations, and family experience at your siteECA Program OwnershipDesign and run the sites extracurricular program end-to-end: vendor selection, scheduling, family communication, quality oversight, and budget trackingEnsure ECAs reflect Boundless pedagogy and values, and iterate the offering cohort over cohortSummer Camp LeadershipLead full end-to-end delivery of Boundless Summer Camp at your site: Crews, Choice Labs, Culture Quests, Morning Ease, Morning Compass, Activity Blocks, and Opening and Closing RitualsHire, onboard, and manage the seasonal camp team in partnership with the People Team and Global Camp DirectorOwn camper safety, staffing ratios, incident response, and parent communication throughout summerCo-lead signature experiences with the Community HostPartner with the Global Camp Manager on cross-site standards, continuous improvement, and data capture Youll Be Valued ForYou have 5+ years of experience across education, student support, youth development, or camp leadership with meaningful responsibility in at least two of those areasYou hold a background in education, psychology, social work, or a related field, and postgraduate qualifications and RTI or SEL credentialsYoure equally comfortable writing a policy and resolving a parent escalation, and have a track record of doing this effectivelyYou work calmly under pressure and bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situationsYoure rigorous about documentation and operational detail, not just pedagogyYou thrive in cross-cultural environments and communicate clearly in English; working knowledge of Spanish (Andalusia) or Greek (Syros) is a strong plusYou bring genuine joy to working with children, youth, and educators, and can hold both warmth and firm boundaries at the same time What Success Looks LikeIn your first 612 months, we expect:Every active Tier 2 and Tier 3 student has a documented plan, a consistent check-in cadence, and no unresolved escalationsSummer camp delivered end-to-end with no unmanaged safety incidents and strong family feedbackECA program running with clear vendor relationships, documented participation, and cohort-over-cohort iterationFull operational continuity maintained during ECD absencesToddle documentation current and audit-ready at all timesWarm, well-prepared handoff to on-site life from the local Case Manager for every incoming family Who Youll Work WithYoull report to your local Education Center Director, who leads the full EC team on the ground.During summer, youll have a dotted-line relationship with the Global Camp Manager for camp standards, playbook alignment, and cross-site learning.
