Who is Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare:Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides comprehensive youth and family support services to primary caregivers of children and teens with developmental and intellectual disabilities, serving families across the state of New Jersey.We are seeking Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)to join our growing clinical team and provide compassionate, individualized care to male clients with moderate to severe autism. This is an in-person position offering caseloads of up to 35–40 hours per week.Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plansCreate and implement interventions based on the client's behavior support plan (BSPs), including:Environmental arrangementProactive behavioral strategiesAcquisition of functional skills (including ADLs)Reduction of maladaptive behaviorsProvide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral AssistantsDeliver caregiver training and supportEnsure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reportsMonitor service authorization timelines and complianceEngage in crisis prevention, recognition, and interventionMaintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standardsParticipate in ongoing training and professional developmentServices provided in-home, in-community, and in-centerQualifications:Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationValid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autismExperience providing in-home/community-based ABA servicesValid NJ Driver's License and proof of auto insuranceConsent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background ChecksBilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcomeSkills & Abilities:Compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanorStrong clinical judgment and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsCommitment to evidence-based practices and ethical service deliveryCompetitive hourly rate: $70.00–$85.00/hourCaseload of up to 35–40 hours per weekDynamic work environment with a supportive clinical teamOpportunities for professional growth and supervision experiencePart-time staff receive 40 hours of Paid Time Off annuallyShort-term and long-term disability coverageAncillary health benefits through AFLACWe are also open to referrals — please inquire when speaking with your recruiter.Join us and make a lasting impact through compassionate care!J-18808-Ljbffr
