As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our team.Position OverviewThe Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting both internal service technicians and retail customers with parts requests, ensuring accurate orders, and maintaining efficient parts operations. This role is critical to keeping our service department running smoothly and delivering a great customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist service technicians and retail customers in selecting and ordering partsAccurately process parts orders, returns, and warrantiesMaintain organized inventory and stock levelsReceive and stock incoming parts shipmentsCommunicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely repairsTrack and follow up on special ordersKeep the parts department clean, organized, and efficientQualificationsPrevious automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with parts systemsHigh attention to detail and accuracyTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience, starting at $55k per year)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k) with company matchEmployee discountsOpportunities for growth within the dealershipScheduleFull-timeTuesday-Saturday, off Sundays and Mondays
