Global Brand Manager (Beauty/Cosmetic)
Title: Global Brand Manager Duration: 6 months (Possible extension) Locations: Summit, NJ (Hybrid)Pay Rate : $47/hr on W2The Brand Manager for Global Makeup is responsible for identifying and executing innovation, claims and communications required to drive global growth on the Makeup platform. This role will be highly collaborative as you will partner with cross-functional teams and global partners to shape, test and execute opportunities. You will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s innovation, comms and claims strategies to drive its success globally.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support the Marketing Director in shaping Neutrogena Global Makeup strategyIdentify opportunities for innovation and non-innovation-led growth, leveraging data and outside-in thinking to develop strategic recommendationsCollaborate with global partners, HCPs, MUPA, CBI, Creative agencies and influencers to craft, & test innovationsDrive relationship with key manufacturers to develop breakthrough innovations and always remain ahead of makeup trendsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure launch timing accuracy of all new product innovationsSupport the shaping and lead the execution of Neutrogena Makeup communication campaigns, partnering with multifunctional teams and leading creative and influencer agencies to deliver campaigns that drive mental availability for the brand and platformLead the briefing and ongoing development of innovation and non-innovationPackaging/ artworkEcom product pageMedia assetsSocial assets etc.Partner with R&D and Legal/ Regulatory affairs to create compelling claims list per new product innovation, continuously elevating and advancing brand superioritySupport local market to develop compelling stories for NPIs, ensuring optimal sell-in volumeCollaborate with global partners to ensure global fit of all innovations and communication strategiesManage Global budget for MakeupRequired QualificationsA minimum of a BA/BS degree is required; a master’s in business or marketing specialization preferredA minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales or related experience is requiredDesired QualificationsMakeup industry experience requiredExperience leading cross-functionals to develop consumer-centric product innovationExperience leading cross-functionals and agencies to develop a communications strategy for multiple brands or prioritiesYou should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.Digital marketing experience is critical.Budget management and forecasting experience.
