As a part of the Remedi team, you'll be contributing to a mission-driven organization that is redefining the future of pharmacy services and making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals across the nation.We're seeking dynamicLicensed Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (Plymouth, MI 48170)Salary range: $19-$21/hour + $0.50 Shift Differential Per HourSchedule: Part-Time between the hours of: 4:00pm - 12:30am | Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekendsWhat We OfferClosed Door Pharmacy - No face-to-face meetings with customersPTO Accrual401k with company matchReferral BonusesMake a difference in the lives of others!We are growing and that means more opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance OfficerQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMichigan Pharmacy technician license, certification or trainee license required (in good standing)Skills & AbilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsDetail orientatedEffective communicatorQuick and independent learnerFlexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as neededAbility to lift and/or move up to 25 poundsRemedi SeniorCare (division of Clarest Health) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
