BayCare's top priority is the health and well-being of our communities as Tampa Bay's leading multi-specialty group with more than 600 providers practicing 45 specialties in over 175 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and west central Florida regions.Position Details:Location: Float TeamStatus: Pool (non-exempt)Twelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (or until the last patient leaves) with two days on, then two days off rotation. This will include every other weekend (Weekend Differential may apply)Float Team: This Pool position will require travel to satellite locations providing own transportation (submitted, approved mileage reimbursable) throughout Hillsborough & Polk, Pinellas & Pasco Counties. Sometimes this is with minimal notice. To compensate for the travel expectations, you will receive an additional $2.00/hour above your base rate when working & mileage reimbursement.BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
