This entry-level role assists in interpreting blueprints and specifications, ensuring proper weld and fit sequences, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to support production activities and ensure readiness for fabrication.Explore The Depth Of The Role Assist in breaking down welding work packages for shop floor use Support the preparation and organization of work packages in alignment with weld and fit sequences Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications with guidance Assist in ensuring materials are available and staged prior to production Maintain and organize project documentation and records Communicate routine issues to supervisors or senior team members Support coordination between engineering and shop floor personnel Maintain weld records and assist with documentation accuracyRequirementsMission Readiness: Working knowledge of Microsoft software applications 0-3 years experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related field preferred High school diploma or equivalent requiredTravel Requirements Occasional travel may be requiredPhysical Requirements May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
