Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Redmond, OR, for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The technician will handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and ensure system safety and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, providing exceptional support to customers, and adhering to safety guidelines and EPA regulations. Interaction with clients to ensure customer satisfaction is a key part of this role. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systemsStrong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving mechanical and system issuesCommitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and professional serviceKnowledge of EPA guidelines and compliance standardsBoilers/Chillers or willing to learnLEB license or willing to go to school to obtainHVAC certification and/or EPA certification preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredStrong work ethic and attention to detailWillingness to learn or have background in BAS/BMS systems.
