Manufacturing Engineer

A growing defense technology company is hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to take new electro-mechanical products from design through production. This is a build-it role. You'll own the processes, the tooling, and the technical calls that turn a design package into a product that ships.If you like being the person who actually makes the thing manufacturable, not just documenting it, this is your seat.What you'll doTake new products from development into production alongside R&D, design, and supply chainDevelop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and assembly methodsOwn the technical data package: interpret engineering drawings, PCBA schematics, BOMs, and specs for internal teams and suppliersDefine and optimize assembly and test processes for electro-mechanical systemsRun root cause analysis and corrective action on production issuesDrive lean manufacturing and continuous improvementWhat you'll need5+ years in manufacturing engineering, ideally electro-mechanical or defense/aerospaceBachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related fieldHands-on New Product Introduction (NPI) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) experienceFluent in SolidWorks and reading engineering drawings with GD&TStrong electro-mechanical assembly backgroundNice to havePCBA, BOM, and TDP experienceCNC, injection molding, sheet metal, 3D printing, or compositesERP/PLM systems, IPC standards, Lean Six SigmaOur hiring processWe respect your time and run a fast, transparent process.
