Managers are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver agreat and friendly guest experience. We use Managersand instore trainers, called Brand Ambassadors, to provide you hip-to-hip training on how to perform each task at a JJ's and we also use FAST TRACK,which is our Learning Management System (LMS) that provides you e-learningcourses, job aids and other operational tools to reference, on your pathway to becoming a JJ ROCKSTAR.
