DescriptionCome join a growing and dynamic team at The Faison Center's Behavioral Health Clinic!Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Assistant Behavior Analyst will serve a caseload of individuals as assigned by the clinic for a designated number of hours per individual. In this role they will assess the individual and current programming, assist with providing direct support staff training, and ensure consistent communication of advisement for recommended treatment and programming to families, support staff and other service providers to the individual. In addition, the Assistant Behavior Analyst will assist with specific case management responsibilities, including but not limited to, preparation for utilization review meetings, review meetings as scheduled, and family/caregiver training. Service hours will occur on some evenings and occasional weekends. Position requires evening and weekend hours, as needed, to provide continuity of treatment and training of families/caregivers.The populations served may display physically challenging behavior. The Assistant Behavior Analyst position requires that staff be aware that individuals who are served may exhibit aggressive and/or self-injurious behavior.
